Do I need to declutter before you arrive?
Not at all. We’ll guide you through the editing process together in a thoughtful, pressure-free way. Setting aside items you know you want to part with in advance can help us move more efficiently.
Do you make me get rid of things?
Never. This is your home and your space. We offer guidance and suggestions, but every decision is yours. Our goal is to create systems that support your life—not force a minimal lifestyle that doesn’t feel right.
Do you shop for organizing products?
Yes. We handle all product sourcing as part of the planning process, selecting pieces that align with both the function of your space and the overall aesthetic of your home.
Are products included in the service price?
Organizing products are billed separately from the service fee. This allows us to tailor each project to your space and invest in high-quality, long-lasting pieces.
What happens to unused products?
We do our best to plan thoughtfully and minimize excess. Any unused items that can be returned will be returned whenever possible.
Do you offer maintenance visits?
Yes. We offer optional maintenance sessions for clients who want help keeping their systems running smoothly. These can be scheduled seasonally or as needed.
Do you organize while I’m home?
That’s entirely up to you. Some clients prefer to be involved in decision-making, while others prefer a hands-off approach. We’re comfortable working either way.
Do you work with house staff or nannies?
Yes. We’re happy to collaborate with house staff to ensure systems are easy to maintain. We can also help establish routines and resets so everything runs smoothly.
